TIP Tax (Transfer of immoveable property Tax)

• On Transfer of immovable property, TIP Tax is charged at the rate of 2.5% of the consideration value of the property as per approved by the Board vide CBR No.07 dated 11-09-2014.
• If TIP Tax is not paid before registering the sale deed, 10% extra fee is charged on total value the property

Concession in payment of TIP Tax

• No TIP Tax is charged on transfer of immovable property in case of gift deeds only from parents to their children
